Release notes 1.0.3.0

Hi There!

We have had a quite release but have added a bunch of features in the same.
  • Corporate public page
    The corporate public page has been introduced which is the one for the external world. All the users will converge on to this page before they are led into their specific zones

  • New self services
    We have released candidate self service, hiring manager self service, employee referral self service and vendor self service with this release in order to make the stake holder management a powerful and neat affair
  • Resume as a Modal Window on candidate column click
    A HTML preview of the candidate resume is now available at the mouse click itself from the candidate grid. Resume comes as a light box in the window


  • Right operation panel moved to top for candidate and requisition
    The functionality of the right side panel has been moved to the top bar of the candidate adn requisition grid to provide more grid space
  • Search control buttons removed and put on the top header
    Search control buttons (basic search and advanced search) are now available in the grid header. The advanced search toggles the advanced search bar
  • Search in archived candidate and requisition
    The archived candidates and requisition are now search able. The archived items are not thrown in the main search but to provide a search experience, a separate search function has been added into the same
  • The Master Configuration added in Setting Tab
    For the SU, master configuration of reports are added in the setting tabs
  • Login Page URL Rewriting
    Upon log-off, the user is directed to the company public page

Release notes for 1.0.2.0

We are making a release for HiRePro AMS RPO edition later today tagged with 1.0.2.0. The broad features which are released for the customers include the following

  • Revamped Job Grid with hierarchical capability
    Each grid item in the job grid can be uncollapsed to view the applicant items in the grid. If the user clicks on the applicant status of the applicant, it will initiate a window to change the status of the particular applicant - all of that from the job grid itself


  • My Jobs- Other Jobs separation
    Upon clicking Jobs, each user will see the jobs which are tagged to the particular users, meaning by jobs which are owned by the particular user. User can see other jobs by clicking on "Other job" menu item available within the job

  • Revamped New and Edit Job
    Significant performance tune up with the create and edit jobs
  • Candidate Resume Extraction
    Users can now leverage extractor while creating a singleton candidate as well. The user can attach the candidate resume and click on "Extract" - this will call the extractor and the candidate details will be pre-filled for the user
  • New Validation Technique in Candidate and Job
    A new user friendly validation mechanism has been implemented. This will give a visual appeal to the application expectation from the user
  • CSS resolutions
    Some CSS clean up activities - mainly in the search, message and appointment views has been made
  • Single User Login (Only in UI)
    From now, one user login can be used by one user only at a time. If a user is logged in, the same user account cannot be used by a user on another machine
  • Grid Export
    Grid item export feature has been implemented. User can select the items on the grid and export the entities into an excel file


  • Applicant status change in grid
    The user can now change the applicant status using the grid only. The user will have to click on the applicant status item on the grid which will initiate a new window to change the existing applicant status item
  • Custom Report
    A new custom requisition report has been released which will give a view of all the requisitions and the respective pipelines. It will also shed light on customer focused SLAs
  • Duplicate Candidate Screen redesign
    The duplicate candidate screen has been redesigned to suit the end user experience
  • Admin and Settings separation
    The admin and setting are no longer visible to a general user as the actions which are possible from these modules are critical for application management. These can only be viewed from an admin screen going forward
These features have been added to create a much user friendly environment for the recruiter. Feel free to add comments and let us know if there is something else going in your mind.

Release day

Hi there!

We are releasing HiRePro AMS RPO edition 1.5.0.0 today and quite frankly, we are excited about it. What we have is a scalable, recruiter friendly and workflow driven system which will go a long way to make recruitment a better experience.

Our platform follows the principles of SOA and our architecture delivers a module driven webservices based system. We are a true SaaS platform - the benefits translates to "pay as you use" and "scale on demand" for the customer.

To encourage our customers to start using the product, we give a 3 month free trail which includes a training session as well (Well, you wont require much of training but we still decided to throw it in)

I will also like to mention here that our first customers, who have several dozen users, are using HiRePro AMS RPO edition for more than 4 months. They are a happy bunch and sort of addicted to what we have to offer. Their feedback has been really helpful in our endeavor to make HiRePro a more user friendly product.
